I also wanted to ...
I also wanted to add that I loved the sound of the waves in this session... It REALLY helped me fall deeper into myself.

I was able to imagine my outside distractions floating away on the current, and that I was below the water's surface, in a peaceful and cool world floating weightlessly. It was very relaxing. Drawing numbers in the circle became increasingly easier, also, when I imagined my hand doing the drawing, rather than a piece of chalk, or chalk eraser, moving on their own.

My professor at the ...
My professor at the moment is teaching our class all about memory retention and the power of visualization, and it's really interesting because I can see a lot of what she is teaching in your technique. And that's not a bad thing - she also mentions that it's a lot easier to remember something if you can say, "Oh, this reminds me of..." and I'll be able to remember your mini-sessions and your techniques using those methods.
