What is a safe weight loss per week to avoid saggy skin?

I am 36 years old and terrified of a saggy body basically, I have lost 4 stone already and bits here and there are a little loose but not too bad, but I am halfway to my goal now, how do I tone up and avoid the sag?
Oh I am on a lower carb diet around 50 carbs per day

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.
1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?
Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners
If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class…

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:
eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep
the example eat menu :
Breakfast
Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning
Lunch
Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 – 8 ounce, when does desirable. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery.
Dinner
Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.

To a certain degree you can’t control saggy skin, it is partially genetic and partially a result of your body’s history (have you lost a lot of weight before?). Advice I can give: workout with weights while you lose weight. If you develop your muscles a bit it will fill out the loose skin and will make you look better.
