i do agree with …
i do agree with what you are saying but i never had this problem. i used to eat way too much food. then i basically starved for a long time. i am currently thin and a nice weight. so i don’t have the urge to eat that much anymore. i can have one meal and be full for the day….. Anyone that managed to get thin, and then eats what they used to eat when they were fat are a bit of an idiot tbh.
