drink lots of water. i am obsessed but you don&#039;t need to be. before EVERY MEAL drink half or more of a 16.9 fl oz bottle. this way you will feel full all day, and not gain extrrra pounds!

-toast w/ fruit &amp; a hardboiled egg
-tuna cup (the chicken of the sea brand) OR 12 pieces of shrimp ~ comes out to only 80 calories... yeee. the have a cup of brown rice on the side...
then for a snack have like nuts and an apple/banana 
-then for dinner... the veggies. as many as you&#039;d like but be creative. i never thought i&#039;d love eggplant.. but now i make an eeggplant pizza out of it! crazyyy.

		<description>I strongly recommend staying away from ephedra and other stimulants.  You are just fooling your body and crippling your metabolism.

Firstly, I&#039;d recommend picking up the book &#039;Never Say Diet&#039; by Chantal Hobbs.  It&#039;s a lifesaver, and will really teach you how to lose weight permanently, in a healthy maintainable way.

Secondly, the hard truth: You must eat right and exercise.  You must burn more calories than you consume.  This is the only way to lose weight.  I know, it sucks, but you have to commit to being truthful with yourself and just do it.

Do some kind of cardio exercise every day, for 30-40 minutes.  Brisk walking, running, swimming, biking, whatever.  Just get up and move for 30-40 minutes. Get that heart pumping.

Add in resistance training.  I don&#039;t care if you go to the gym, use dumbbells, a resistance band, a medicine ball, whatever.  Do some sort of resistance training to build muscle.  Muscle burns more calories.

Eat several small meals throughout the day.  Try to keep your calorie intake around 1500 or so.  Eat veggies, fruits, whole grains, tuna, chicken, eggs, etc.  

Drink lots of water.  Cut out the sugar filled drinks like soda, coffee, cappuccino, energy drinks, etc.  How much water?  Half your body weight, in ounces.  If you weight 200lbs, drink 100oz of water per day.  

Good luck.  Trust me - natural is the only safe, healthy, permanent way to lose weight.  It takes time, it&#039;s not overnight.  You have to work for it.  Pick up that book, read it, it&#039;s a big help.  Get moving, stop making excuses, stop trying to find the easy way out, and just do it!

body seperately, my legs,back,arms
(dont like doing that=P) and anything else
you can think of..but I only spend a few minutes
on each machine. And eating healthy of
course..it may not be easy sometimes..but
you&#039;ll feel a lot better. And also when you
exercise your periods aren&#039;t that bad 
(If your a woman) Heh..which is a good
thing am I right? Trust me..once you see
the weight come off it&#039;ll just motivate you
even more, the people that don&#039;t give
up loose the weight eventually. I think you can do it!

He suggested I do this through getting more exercise, and by eating better carbs. As far as carbohydrates are concerned, you may want to use the glycemic index. You can find out about that by doing an Internet search for them.<br />

It doesn&#039;t matter when you eat, just as long as you are not going over your calories for the day. Obviously you wouldn&#039;t want to eat a big meal right before you go to sleep because you won&#039;t be active enough to burn off the calories. But a small snack won&#039;t hurt you at all.

Protein is great to eat at night, actually you should always eat some protein and carbs after you work out to help rebuild muscle tissue and replenish glycogen stores that you have depleted.
