i think i’m going to go to canada to buy some ephedra weight loss products since they’re illegal in washington. any tips on where to go? and what to get?

not completely recommended but since you asked. if you go to most weight lifting stores like max muscle you can find ephedra in its original form (just ephedra nothing else in it). if you take that with a weight loss pill like hydroxycut or whatever you were planning on taking it does the same as if it was included in the weight loss drug itself. this does raise your heart rate and blood pressure so be very care full and don’t over exert yourself. plenty of water more then you want to. be care full and take care

how i use ephedra and how i dont use ephedra. it really is good stuff im not a doctor and i dont get paid for taking it. i have been buying it for well over a year and a half.

Over the years I have tryed loosing weight but I just can’t and I’ve tryed so many products!! The only one that seemed to work well for me was metabolite with ephedra but they were discontinued from the market . I heard that metabothin was the same but I tryed it and it didn’t help me at all . Can someone please help me!!

What is similar to the benefits of stimerex with ephedra, with out the ephedra?

High fiber, water, exercise cut the simple carbohydates and perhaps to detox your liver. A fatty liver makes it harder to lose weight. Milk thistle and green foods.

That do not contain harmful things such as ephedra or any sort of stimulant? I’m about 5′7, 5′8 and weigh 159 (which is too much in my opinion) and I want to lose 20 lbs. I feel disgusting and want to get rid of it. I exercise often and I eat right but its not enough.

Please trust me when I say you don’t need a weight loss pill to lose weight. Nobody does. If they are so effective why then are there new one constantly coming out into the market.

Im asking this because I found out that because of my family history, obesity is hereditary in my family. So diet and exercise is NOT enough. There WAS this one product I used that worked which was XENADRINE WITH EPHEDRINE. But of course they banned the ephedrine so now it doesnt work anymore. Do you know where I can buy some with ephedra? Have any other recommendations?
