What are really good diets that work fast?

I’m 5feet and weigh an embarrassing 150. I know that’s really overweight for my height but the thing is, is that I don’t look the weight. i fit in a size 6 jean and size 8 dress…but i still wanna go to my healthy weight. any suggestions?

Well i guess start with what is your normal routine? what do you eat normally? What are your hobbies? do you go to school? Are you muscular(muscle weighs more than fat)?
Then from there try making small changes in your lifestyle… food you eat,
1 Try not to eat sugar, you can instead use stevia or agave syrup to sweeten things NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP(HFCS).
2 Try eating more vegetables then complex carbs like bread and pastas
and when eating breads and pasta get whole grain look to make sure there is no HFCS in the bread or bleach white flour.
3 Try to lower your fat calories. try making fat calories 20-25% of your daily calories
4 how many calories do you normally consume a day?
3500calories= 1lb of fat so subtract 500 calories a day and you’ll lose a pound a week and still have enough calories to function in your everyday life
take that number lets say its 1700 and subtract 500 so you’d be eating 1200 calories in a day

And of course for exercise you want to try to get some cardio in from 3-6 days a week for 45-60 mins. So if you are not used to doing this just start out adding a walk into your day or if you want to try a jog that could develop into running eventually

Has anyone ever tried the diet pill "the burn". Does anyone know any good diets that rerally work?

It seems like every where you turn, there’s a diet going on. I’m not very good at taking pills, they make me sick. I can handle one pill daily; but, some diets expect for you to drink lots of pills throughout the day.

There is no miracle pill no matter what they say. Eat healthy, and exercises. That is the key to a healthy life……….!

do high fibre diets work?

just wondering do these work, just wondering as i saw a question where someone said they lost weight drinking fibre shakes, if these do work the next question is how?

like what does the fibre do to the body that helps you lose weight.
im not planning on using one, just wondering how they work, still good answers.

Fiber just fills you up, its recommened you eat around 21-24g of it a day. More Fiber you have the less you are hungry, but to much fiber isnt good for you either

Whats the name of the diet?

what diets have u tried that work?

which ones didn’t?

Where did u want to use the most weight?

Did this make this diet make u lose weight or fat?

If there is a url what is it?

and anything else about the diet?

Diets are a scam created by mass media to make billions of dollars.

If people eat fruits & vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins, and exercise they will not get fat and need to "diet"

how well do low carb diets work?

i need to lose weight fast and i heard that low carbs does the trick. How many carbs do i need in one day. I need to lose 25 lbs. and in like two months.

Ok so do these "Negative food diets" work? I heard that you burn more calories than i guess what you eat. SO i was wondering if any 1 has actually tried this and got results? I hear like apples, mango’s, oranges, cucumbers, strawberries exc exc are the foods you want to eat? is this true?

No they dont. All those "Negative"foods are vegetables and you cant live off of vegetables only. Fruits arent negative calorie bc they have a lot of sugar
