What are really good diets that work fast?

I’m 5feet and weigh an embarrassing 150. I know that’s really overweight for my height but the thing is, is that I don’t look the weight. i fit in a size 6 jean and size 8 dress…but i still wanna go to my healthy weight. any suggestions?
Well i guess start with what is your normal routine? what do you eat normally? What are your hobbies? do you go to school? Are you muscular(muscle weighs more than fat)?
Then from there try making small changes in your lifestyle… food you eat,
1 Try not to eat sugar, you can instead use stevia or agave syrup to sweeten things NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP(HFCS).
2 Try eating more vegetables then complex carbs like bread and pastas
and when eating breads and pasta get whole grain look to make sure there is no HFCS in the bread or bleach white flour.
3 Try to lower your fat calories. try making fat calories 20-25% of your daily calories
4 how many calories do you normally consume a day?
3500calories= 1lb of fat so subtract 500 calories a day and you’ll lose a pound a week and still have enough calories to function in your everyday life
take that number lets say its 1700 and subtract 500 so you’d be eating 1200 calories in a day

And of course for exercise you want to try to get some cardio in from 3-6 days a week for 45-60 mins. So if you are not used to doing this just start out adding a walk into your day or if you want to try a jog that could develop into running eventually
